The Pacific Alliance Oxford Scholarships aim to enable academically excellent Chinese students to pursue doctoral studies at the University of Oxford. The Pacific Alliance Group was founded in 2002 and now manages over $4 billion of assets. The Pacific Alliance Oxford Scholarships reflect the Group’s commitment to excellence. The Scholarships give gifted scholars the chance to study in a world-class environment and then apply their knowledge for the benefit of their community

-Candidates should be applying to start a new DPhil course in any subject within the University’s Social Sciences Division or Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences Division. -The Scholarships support candidates ordinarily resident in the mainland People’s Republic of China (i.e. excluding Hong Kong and Macao). -Successful scholars will be expected to return to China upon completion of their degree.
