A 3-year PhD scholarship is available at the Department of Informatics and Mathematical Modelling (DTU Informatics) from December 2011. The project is sponsored by a grant from the Strategic Research Council under the Program Committee for Health, Food and Welfare: Centre for Imaging Food Quality. The Research Centre is a collaboration between two university departments – DTU Informatics and DTU Fotonik, two food companies – Danisco, Arla Foods, a technological service institute – DMRI/Technological Institute, and two technology companies – Videometer and NKT Photonics.

Candidates should have a master’s degree in engineering or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to the master’s degree in engineering.
