A postdoctoral fellowship in the area of Public Administration is open from 1 August 2012 (or as soon as possible thereafter), for a period of 3 years. The post doc fellow is expected to conduct research in Public Administration and specifically in the field of Employee Involvement/Distribution of Leadership and take part in collaborative research together with the researchers from the other disciplines. The post doc fellow is also expected to participate in the general activities of the departments, and to a limited extent participate in the teaching of undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the area of public administration/political science.
Applicants should hold a PhD or equivalent academic qualifications. Research potential and communication abilities are of particular relevance in assessment of applicants.
