Division of Food Chemistry at the National Food Institute (DTU Food) seeks a highly motivated Senior Researcher to strengthen our analytical group that focuses on development of state-of-the-art analytical methodologies to determine compounds in food and other biological samples. As one of five divisions at the National Food Institute, the Division of Food Chemistry performs and takes part in monitoring of chemicals in food, their sources, human exposure and health implications. Our research serves as basis for advice to Danish and international authorities and the division is national reference laboratory for most compounds in food.
