The School of Sociology, Politics and International Studies (SPAIS) is offering a postgraduate research scholarship for a new Home (UK or EU) student for September 2015 entry. Scholarship is available for pursuing full-time or part-time postgraduate research  programme in all areas of sociology, politics or international studies at the University of Bristol. Scholarship covers tuition fee and a maintenance stipend of the RCUK minimum per annum for 3 years. The applicant deadline is 19th June 2015.. We aim to advance theory, knowledge and methods at the interface between the disciplines of sociology, politics and international studies..  Scholarship is available for pursuing postgraduate research  programme at the University of Bristol.

Who can apply to this scholarship?
· New Home UK/EU applicants who have been made an unconditional offer on a SPAIS PhD programme. The position will be for full
· time or part
· time study.
· Applicants are expected to hold a 1st Class Honours Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree (UK or UK equivalent) in a relevant discipline. For those whose first language is not English, a minimum language proficiency score of IELTS 6.5 (Profile E) is required.
